Owner, Susan Valdes, is the team leader. She founded Print Express in 1999 after working in the print industry for six years. She initially operated the business from her home, with the den serving as the office and the garage as the press room. Over the years, she expanded the home printing company into an organization with a permanent retail location. She has a passion for printing and understands all of the areas associated with it. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her rescue dogs.

Sam has been working in the print industry for over 10 years. She understands the various areas and can fill in where needed. The retail location opened in 2005 and Sam has served as a resource for all customers since then. She enjoys reading and spending time with friends and her two rescue dogs.

Lucille has been working in the print industry for years and joined the company in 2017. She primarily works in customer service, but isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and help in the back. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and her Labrador mix. The warm weather always encourages a garden too.

Diana is fairly new to the print industry, but it turns out she has a knack for it. You’ll find her friendly face up front helping customers and working on estimates. She enjoys checking out local attractions and finding new restaurants.

Kevin was an adventurer and received his degree in graphic design from a school in Kansas. He’s been with us since 2012 and you’ll come to rely on his calm professionalism just like we have. From projects simple to complex, he will help you create a design you’ll be proud of. Kevin enjoys watching movies and reading when he’s not designing.

Bryan is eager to help design your projects whether it is a simple business card, or a complete menu redesign, you will love the layout. He has years of design and print experience that makes him a valuable team member. Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and playing video games outside of work.

Ric has been around since the founding of the company, though he had been in the printing industry for years before. While Susan was busy getting clients, Ric was busy printing the orders in the garage at their house. As the business grew he slowly transitioned to be the delivery driver. Make sure you wave to him when you see him out and about! He enjoys playing guitar and keeping up with current events.

Cayman has been the shop dog for a few years now. He was rescued while running down a busy street here in Albuquerque, and his then-owner decided to give him away. His daily duties include following whoever has food, barking at delivery drivers and other strangers, playing a solid game of fetch, naps, and watching for any potential danger. At home he enjoys patrolling for birds and cats, watching some TV, and being cuddled.

Charlotte hit the jackpot when she was adopted from a shelter in Valencia County. Charlotte’s daily duties include sitting on laps, playing fetch, barking until Cayman plays with her, going on walks, taking naps, and making sure paper is in stock. At home she enjoys rough housing, watching some TV, and being cuddled.

Here’s the whole team! We’ve grown quite a bit, and many in this picture work in the back finishing your projects. Our team is truly a work family and we are happy to have everyone with us.
